Hon. Onesimus Kipchumba Murkomen was appointed Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Creative Economy, and Sports on August 8, 2024, by H.E. President William Samoei Ruto, having previously served as the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport.
